Some Fantastic Price Drops On Valencia Property

This week I have been searching out different properties from banks and also talking to some owners of houses already on the Valencia Property site. An owner of a house in Villamarchante has told us that they will consider any offers on the property below. The original price of this property was 285000 Euros back in the day. It is a nicely put together house in Villamarchante with four bedrooms, two reception rooms, open plan kitchen and two large terraces, one covered and one open on a 720m2 plot. There is a pool and storeroom as well as an outside kitchen and all just a couple of kilometres outside the town of Villamarchante.

When Spanish Property Prices Reduce Does Demand Go Up?

In the last few weeks quite a few sellers have dropped the prices of their properties because they need to sell or because they want to move onto another property themselves. You can see some of the examples below with the price drops. The question is though, do price drops on Spanish Property make a difference to the demand? The obvious answer is of course they do. In all of the cases below we have had enquiries about the properties as a result of the price drops. However, where do those enquiries come from?

The military operation that was Monday came off quite well. This is what happens when there is a signing. The organization required depends on many factors of course; Easyjet arriving on time, the banks having all of the cheques ready and, in this case, making sure that people do not get locked in their toilets, cars starting up and working properly, everybody turning up at the Notary at the right time and having the right paperwork in place, the lawyer having done his or her job and so many other little things to arrange.

We have a client who wants to sell his property in Serra because he has his eye on a place in the UK and doesn't want to lose it. Therefore he has come up with a novel idea for selling his property in Serra, novel for this area of Spain anyway. He is placing a minimum price on the property and inviting offers on it. The best offer taken by the 17th of October will get the property, as long as the buyer is able to complete very quickly after that date ie nobody who needs to sell their place beforehand or who is saying "if" I get a mortgage.
