Living LFRV for Life, 30BAD Jes 5/19/2010

Wanted to let everyone know how wonderful life has been since leaving KY, and a high stress job to vagabond around the country for a year living LFRV, 80/10/10 lifestyle, guys! Things I will try to work on to make your viewing better: not spacing out, focusing ie. less tangents or ones that have a purpose lol, definitely cutting out the Ums, Ands, So’s, oh “and” did I mention And. lol!!! Oh and to anyone living in a small town who can’t find enough fruit go to your hispanic fruit stores- look for the word “tienda”, “fruteria”; even though I don’t speak spanish there is always someone around to help translate or point me in the direction of an even better fruit market. O its choppy because I went over the 10min and had to go back and cut stuff out to fit my update into one video, Ooops!

Baboon Rescue, Spain (moving video)

On New Year’s Eve, five minutes before the bell, when all the workers from Circo Roma Dola were in a tent celebrating the start of 2009, three individuals entered the trailer where a baboon enslaved to the circus was kept in a cage. The baboon was led out of her cell, leaving behind what had been her prison for years. We have received an anonymous communique and some images of her after the rescue that we are echoing here. Igualdad Animal / Animal Equality hasn’t claimed any responsability for this rescue.

Raw Vegan Lifestyle and Nutrition Mentorship in Costa Rica. What I have to offer is Raw Vegan Lifestyle Mentorship, Guide to Costa Rica’s beautiful places, and can teach you a bit of Spanish,English, or Slovak language. I am in my 6th year of researching and Practicing myself a raw vegan lifestyle including nutrition. I have learned lots from great mentors like Dr. Douglas Graham, Fasting center owner Loren Lockman, few other not known mentors, dozen or two other gurus that I went through their information materials. I have done a properly conducted 40 day fast to completion at a fasting center, and I have the experience of learning from Nature by living a 2* lifestyle close to nature. I offer an informal educational mentorship service for anyone that is interested at a reasonable price of 50$ US per day. I will show some of the best places in Costa Rica while sharing with you health information that will almost certainly be highly positive for your health and longevity. What is Vegetarianism?
Some consider it to be a good health diet to some it is ethical and to others it is the purest way to attain spiritual enlightenment. A Vegetarian eating plan also known as plant-based eating is based on a diet of Grain, Fruits, Vegetable, Nuts, and Seeds, this styles of eating has existed since the beginning of recorded history. A Vegetarian movement was found in Rome as early as 600 BCE from the Christian Bible, to Islam Qur’an, to Zoroastrian Avestan, to Buddhism, to the Upanishads, from the ancient writing of Plato to the beliefs of the early Egyptians.
A Vegetarian diet was expounded as the diet of choice for peaceful and healthful existence, both physically and spirally. Ancient, Masters and sages, and the world greatest and most influential scientist, actors, and super athletes all advocate a plant based diet. Vegetarianism is a compassionate ecologically sound and spiritually uplifting lifestyle that respects, the sanctity of all life.
Vegetarianism is the Noble way of living.
The live we want to live are right at the tips of our fingers: It’s not up to the government, your parents, your religious, your friends, your favorites restaurant, your supermarket, to make lifestyle changes critical to good health. It’s up to you Educate yourself. Don’t be a processed person.
